Power Washing prices can vary widely. Mainly because there are so many things to be considered.

For instance, let's say you have a house, and, that house is 2 stories tall, with an attic as well. It would cost you around twice the cost, that it would cost to power wash the same 1 story house. Maybe even more.

Some of the factors to consider are as follows:

  1. How accessible is the ground around it? Is it flat?

  2. What all needs washed? The siding, trim, windows, doors, foundation, fence, deck/porch, sidewalk, and garage/barn are very common to have done together.

  3. What type of siding material does the house have? Is it cedar, vinyl, or something else?

  4. What shape is the exterior of the house in? Will it need any repairs first?

  5.  Has it been painted/stained before? If so, what kind of paint/stain is on it? And, will it stand up to power washing? If not, you should think about painting it as well.

  6.  How does the soffit look? Should that be power washed as well?

  7. What kind of cleaner should be used? There are many types of cleaners out their. And, many types of additives as well. But, the best ones will offer you long lasting protection from things like, water, chalking, mold, and mildew.
